I am an OCD and anxiety specialist passionate about providing quality, evidenced based care for clients struggling with anxiety and/or OCD spectrum disorders. I typically work with clients challenged by doubt, worry, unwanted intrusive thoughts or fears that prevent them from participating in activities they value, reaching goals, or sustaining satisfying relationships. I am formally trained in Exposure and Response prevention and specialize in third wave Cognitive Behavioral interventions. About 80-90% of my caseload is OCD treatment, 10-20% various anxiety or related impulse control disorders. I attend industry conferences yearly for contined education and supervision. I have completed extensive post graduate training in ERP and evidenced based treatment for OCD, Emetophobia, Skin picking/hair pulling, Agoraphobia and Panic Disorder. I have completed intensive training and supervision in ERP including the International OCD Foundation's Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI).
